We went to Blue Lobster located at Frankel Ave for our Anniversary dinner. It was very crowded and we had to wait for more than an hour before their signature dishes: Cold & Hot Seafood Platter and Live Maine Lobster Pasta with champagne sauce arrived after our soup of the day. But the food was worth all the wait! The brandy & champagne sauce that thickened slightly with cream made the pasta an instant classic while combining the flavours of ingredients such as shallots, garlic, parsley, chilli padi, anchovies, onions, shitake and button mushrooms. Yummy!
