Our trial-dinner at the Marina Mandarin took place last Friday. The lobster salad was marvellous! The fish was tender and the prawns were great! The abalone was delicious! Not forgetting the smoked tea duck with mini pancakes that was unique and yummy! Must definitely remember to reserve a space for the subsequent dishes at the back. It can be quite filling by the 4th dish. Generally, everything went quite well except for the noodles (changing that to the Mee Sua instead) and the dessert (lotus seeds too hard, so we’ve asked them to cook them a little softer. Also, we’ve requested adding ç™¾åˆ to the dessert for good luck!).
Now for a visual preview of the dinner menu :)…
