eL booked the package “Time-for-2” consisting of a night’s stay at Fullerton hotel Quay Room with 4-course room-dining as a celebration for my birthday. It coincided with the 2nd N.E. show so we got to walk down to One Fullerton to view the fireworks in the evening before strolling back to our hotel to have our dinner in the room. A refreshing change to having dinner in the restaurant. The ‘waiter’ pushed in a convertible table and an extra chair. Fit just nicely in the small space beside our bed. As we had a great view overlooking the Singapore River, we just drew our curtains to let the natural street lights shine in. A great getaway!
