Forever Love

Binding us together in perfect harmony

Most of the embroidery is up on my wedding gown and they are so beautiful! Shiny silver thread sewed into lovely flowers with vines and silver beads. I love the way the embroidery on the front top is sewed to enhance the slim waist as well as the 3 layers of organza sewed with embroidery. As for the back view, I simply adored the see-through embroidered back to the 1.7 m (or was it 2m?) romantic train with embroidery. The wedding gown is simply gorgeous!

OK, so Ted didn’t faint when he saw me. :p Instead, he said that I have slimmed down and he had to alter the waist area. That will make me look more shapely. Hee … I never tried to starve myself or purposely go on a diet … lost some weight due to stress I guess. Mum was complaining that I am infact too slim and wants me to put on some weight during our trip to Hong Kong. Oh … hopefully, I can still fit into my gown when I return from the trip for my 3rd fitting.

He showed me the material for my evening gown and the aqua blue looks more light blue with a slight hint of green. The greenish tone is not exactly too obvious. (See the last 2nd picture below) Dear chose a darker shade of blue for his evening shirt as compared to a close shade of blue with my evening gown as they both agreed that they don’t want to look too ‘Melayu’ (Malay families tend to wear the same colour theme during Hari Raya.) Nice colour for him! With Ted Wu around, I am sure that he would choose a matching tie to complement his shirt as well as my evening gown.
I can’t wait to go for my 2nd fitting and try on my evening gown!

Enough said. Below are some pictures that dear took for me, except for one of him taken by me. I actually took more pictures but I am not used to his sophisticated and heavy camera, so most of the shots ended up shaky. :p

It’s hard to believe that we are going to have our first fitting at Ted Wu at 4 p.m. later today! As it’s only our first fitting, I heard that only some embroidery would be up on the wedding gown. Will be choosing and confirming the fabric of my evening gown, too. Ted has suggested aqua blue as it’s my favourite colour and his favourite, too! In fact,  it’s his signature colour.
Since our 2nd appointment to finalise the designs of the wedding & evening gowns with him on 10 Mar, I started to look forward to trying out the final product of my gowns.

Come to think of it, it’s almost a month till my photoshoot and I haven’t even got the time to tone myself up at the gym. Worse is, with all the stress I am facing, my skin is beginnning to show signs of protest.I hope Ted doesn’t faint when he sees me.

03 to 06 Dec 2005

I suggested that we stay at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel as it was linked to MBK, the big shopping mall and I had stayed there before when I went to Bangkok the last time with my relatives. This time, the hotel seemed to have undergone renovations and it was much newer and more beautiful with its contemporary design!

We had fun in the Dream World even though it was nothing much as compared to Disneyland. It’s who we are with that matters! :)

We took NICE coach to KL during the March holidays for another short getaway and stayed at Hotel Istana. An indeed relaxing trip as we leisurely spent our time at Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC, shopping and eating!
